CONDITIONS
- Holiday cottage is to be rented as a whole (object).
- Minimum length of stay is 3 nights.
- During spring school holidays, only week’s stays are available - from Saturday to Saturday.
- During summer, Christmas, and Easter is minimum stay 4 nights.
- New year stay negotiated price.
- Pets are not accepted.
- Check in: from 15.00
- Check out: before 10:00
- The price includes: rent of the cottage including accessories, consumption of electricity, water, firewood, TV charges, internet connection, and accommodation city tax.
- The payment for the stay must be paid as follows: 50% of the amount to be paid to account number IBAN: SK77 8360 5207 0042 0344 2472 within 3 working days from the date of booking. The remaining 50% paid in cash on the day of arrival.
- On the day of arrival is also required to pay a refundable deposit of 150 €.
- Cancellation fees: Free cancellation up to 30 days before check in date. To 30 days before check in date we charge 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
- We are not VAT registered.
